Technical Project Manager

VIETNAM-HO CHI MINH CITY

Overview:

Set up frameworks, design software architectures for multiple enterprise software systems and make high-level technical decisions

Total Experience:

3-5 Years of Experience.

Job Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experienced  on web application, E-commerce, mobiles technology stacks.

  • Strong in analytics and problem solving on techniques

  • Experience with cloud architecture & services (AWS, Azure..), Linux systems is a strong plus.

  • Solid knowledge and experienced on design patterns, microservices,...

  • Understanding of digital advertising technologies is a plus

  • Willingness to learn and able to pick up new technology or new concepts fast;

  • Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision;

  • Work productively even under pressure;

  • Excellent attitude, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a good work ethic with proper follow-through;

  • Excellent communication in written and spoken English.

Job Technologies:

Obtained at least a Degree or Diploma in computer science, engineering, or IT related experience;

Platforms:

  • At least 3-5 years experience of related technical experience in building large-scale, high-availability, low-latency systems.

  • At least 3 year of proven leadership and managerial skills.

  • Ensure optimal running of all technical operations and services software development

  • Interaction with customers, account managers, technical teams and 3rd parties in order to guarantee quick and accurate response to major incidents.

  • Challenge technical experts in a reasoned and logical manner to explore all possible solutions to an incident.

  • Consult management team and customer on improvement business workflow and ensure technical solutions

  • Hosting technical customer discussions. Do this with the best possible outcome as your main priority.

  • Provide advice and guidance to the technical specialist team and act as an escalation point within the function where required.

  • Track, record and actively monitor a customer technical risk log across all Customer IT solutions in order to recommend service improvements and drive forward the best solution and service for the customer.

  • Oversee technical documents/ matrix management covering infrastructure/storage/network in order to lead multiple technical teams as part of any major incident.

  • Design and production of documentation to a high level including technical drawing, process models, customer communications and major incident reporting.
