Recruitment Manager

Overview:

As Recruitment Manager you will be working in the HR Department, managing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates necessary to scale up our operation. The role will utilise your creative and innovative talents and understanding of recruitment

Total Experience:

5 Years of Experience.

Job Skills:

     Proficientin the use of social media and job boards.

     Comfortablein a high demand, fast-paced and intellectual environment.

     Abilityto build relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders and peersalike.

     ASelf-starter and self-motivator.

     Aleader and strategic thinker.

     Excellentcommunicator and fluently in English.

     Provenexperience as talent acquisition manager is an advantage.

Job Technologies:

      Implement and manage a full-cyclerecruitment process:

  Managecompany’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews,input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.

    Stayon top of managing job advertisements on company’s website and internalreferral program.

    Executethe recruitment program to bring in high quality and quantity of candidates

    Understandprojects’ personnel requirements and proactively provide recruitment servicesfor diverse positions, from high priority to manager or staff-level.

     Buildstrong working relationships with leaders across organization over time throughcollaboration on projects that impact teams.

   Developand manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and trackmetrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team,hiring managers, interviewers, and referrers.

      Initiate and implement Employer Brandingprogram:

     AdministrateInternship/Traineeship Program that engages and builds talent pipeline for thecompany.

     Bean active net-worker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside andoutside.

     Developand execute strategic approach to achieve company goals in attracting andengaging top industry talent.

     Createinnovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent in thecompetitive technology sector

Platforms:

At least 3-year of experience as a recruiter and have a good standard of IT literacy.

Role:

     Workwith HR colleagues and management all demanding support.

     Leada small team in providing the talent acquisition service.

     Deliveragainst ambitious hiring plan for the high-profile tech organization.
