Software Quality Assurance Engineer (API Testing)



Experience in API testing. Understanding of performance testing using JMeter. SQL or any other database skills – ability to create queries

Total Experience:

2-3 Years of Experience.

Job Skills:

  • A strongknowledge on API Testing
  • Understandingof and exposure to tools & technologies like Jira, Postman, RestAssured,API Tester, JMeter etc.
  •  Goodanalytical and design skills
  • Ability tomulti-task between complex projects
  •  Familiarity withsoftware development process, including specification, quality assurance anddocumentation
  •  Knowledge ofsoftware development methodologies, especially Agile methodologies
  • Experience in manual testing of Web and Mobile Applications (bothAndroid and iOS)

Job Technologies:

 Strong knowledge on technologies like Jira,Postman, RestAssured, API Tester, JMeter etc.


Hands on web and mobile(Android and iosdevelopment)


  • Design tests and test suites based on userstories and specifications and features
  • Write and execute tests and maintain dailyexecution of the same in order to maintain quality standards of products beingdeveloped
  • Create high level software testing documents andoutline software quality metrics
  • Prepare accurate implementation task lists / timeestimates and deliver assignments as per test specifications, quality standardsand project schedules
  • Work both independently and as an integral memberof a high performance team
  • Work closely with Software Development team intesting and problem resolution
  •  Provide input to Technical Publications andreview documentation of key features
