Maintain and update project plans in standard PPM Tool Add and update tasks, resources and milestones related to work breakdown structure (WBS) Monitor resource time reporting on project tasks Manage the transfer of cost data from / to financial, accounting and procurement systems Manage the transfer of project data from PPM, Agile and other project tracking tools Manage project documentation and communications Assist the PM in drafting project proposals, SOW's budgets and preliminary schedules Communicate with the team members each week reminding them of the tasks that need to be done and following up on blocking issues. Interact with project stakeholders Facilitate requests for project measurements and reporting Ensure that all project documents are stored in the appropriate document repository
5 Years of Experience.
BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent is required, MS or MBA preferred.
Monitor revisions to project scope, schedule and cost in standard PPM Tool (preferably, MS Project).
